Pool Patch will accept returns and exchanges on products in original packaging and in the same condition that the customer received it within 15 days of purchase. We only accept returns and exchanges on items that have been purchased through For Buy with Prime returns please process returns through Amazon.

*If a refund is issued, there will be a credit card processing fee of 5% and a 10% restocking fee.*

A few things to note:

  • After we issue a refund, it can take 3-10 business days to see a credit minus credit card processing fee and restocking fee back to your original form of payment.
  • If you’d like to exchange a product, you’ll need to complete the returns process, and NOT place a new order. If you place a new order, the initial order will receive a credit card processing fee for the refund issued.
  • If a product is faulty and approved for credit, then a replacement will be sent to you with free standard shipping and your standard shipping cost to send the product to us will be refunded.

To send an item in for an exchange or return:

As long as you meet the requirements listed above, you may send the item(s) back to us. Please include a note inside your return/exchange package stating your contact information, and why you are sending the item back. If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds take within 3-10 business days to process. Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:

  1. Check the account of your original payment method.
  2. If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or Credit Card Company. There can be longer delays in posting refunds and Pool Patch, LLC does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.

– If you need to return products in accordance with our policy, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the product(s) appropriately and use a traceable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
