Pool Patch® Pool Deck Repair Kit is designed to make repairs on common pool deck surfaces like Kool Deck® with traditional lace textures, it can also be used on acrylic deck systems with Simulated Flagstone, Brick, and Tile. Composed of our premixed pigmented concrete topping cement specifically designed to minimize the discoloring effects caused by water exposure and direct sunlight. In addition, our Pool Patch® Pool Deck Repair Kit contains a special acrylic-polymer latex admixture for a superior bonding to new or existing concrete decking. Perfect for large or small pool deck patch repairs on existing or new pool deck areas.

Liquid Cement Bonder Included Inside of Kit
Available in 13 colors, compatible with popular Mortex® and Stegmeier® colors.

– Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors.
– Highly recommended to color check the dry material from the kit to compare color.
– Mix a tablespoon of the dry mix with water, then wet your existing surface and compare the wet colors.
– To create a lighter color use our Titanium Dioxide.
– To create a darker color add our Black Dye.

1. Remove loose pool deck material with a putty knife or scraper.
2. Clean the repair area with a scrub brush using a mixture of 1 part muriatic acid to 3 parts water. Allow mixture to expose area for 1 minute and rinse off using a water hose.
3. Use a damp sponge to remove excess water from repair area. Add 2 oz. of LIQUID CEMENT BONDER per 1 1⁄2 lb. of DRY POOL PATCH DECK MIX. Add water and mix until a putty consistency is achieved.
4. FOR CRACK REPAIRS apply WET POOL PATCH DECK MIX into the crack with a putty knife and wipe excess material with a damp sponge. Keep the sponge clean by rinsing it out often. Allow the repair area to dry.
5a. FOR SMALL REPAIRS Apply WET POOL PATCH DECK MIX with a trowel at 1/4” thickness onto the repair area. Use a toothbrush or fingers to tap the entire repair area creating small points or raised areas. Remove excess material from the edges with a sponge.
5b. FOR LARGE REPAIRS apply WET POOL PATCH DECK MIX with a pool deck dash brush to the repair area creating small points or raised areas. Remove excess material from the edges with a sponge.
6. Once the material becomes partially stiff use a trowel to knock down the texture flat creating a similar texture to the existing pool deck. If the material becomes too hard to trowel mist repair the area with water.
ALLOW TO CURE HARD BEFORE FILLING THE POOL
WARNING: Contains Cement, an Alkaline substance irritating to eyes and skin. Contains Acrylic Resin Cement Bonder. Should product contact eyes, flush them immediately and repeatedly with water and call a Physician. DO NOT TAKE IT INTERNALLY. In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with water. USE OF RUBBER GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION IS RECOMMENDED.
