Pool Patch® Black Dye is an iron oxide UV stable powder pigment additive used to produce a darker color to any of our cement-based patch kits, pebble, plaster, deck, grout, and other cement materials. Pool Patch® Black Dye is lightfast, odorless, alkali and weather resistant, UV stable, non-hazardous, chemically inert, and water insoluble, providing consistent color to any Pool Patch® cement-based product.
CAUTION: Pool Patch® Black Dye is highly concentrated and should be added in very small amounts to any dry cement repair mixture.
Add a small amount of Pool Patch® Black Dye to dry cement repair mixture, add water and mix thoroughly until desired darker hue color is achieved.
Compare the wet cement repair mixture to a wet surface to be repaired, and repeat the process until the cement repair mixture matches the existing area to be repaired.
Should product contact eyes, flush them immediately and repeatedly with water and call a Physician. DO NOT TAKE IT INTERNALLY OR INGEST. In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with water. USE OF RUBBER GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION IS RECOMMENDED.
